Reserving and Paying for Your Trip
To reserve your spot on a tour a deposit of $250 is required. The balance of your tour cost is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to tour start date require full payment. With your authorization, we can automatically bill your credit card the balance once the final payment is due. Top

All deposits and final payments can be made with check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Top
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the
start of your tour.
If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following:
Number of days before tour start date.
Cancellation fee per person.
61 or more days
$75 administration fee
31 - 60 days
25% of tour price
0 - 30 days
50% of tour price
Changing Tours or Tour Date
You may switch your choice of tour , or tour date, without charge (subject to availability) at any time up to 60 days prior to your tour. If you wish to change within 60 days the cancellation policy outlined above will apply. Top
Travel Insurance
We strongly suggest that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to assist you in the event of a medical emergency, lost baggage, canceled trip or any other trip related event.

Accommodations
Accommodations are the best selections in their respective regions and are chosen for comfort, quality and to be representative of the area's visited. All trip prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Single occupancy options are available on most trips for an additional cost. If you are traveling alone and wish to be placed in a room with another tour participant we will do everything we can to accommodate that request. If we are unable to accommodate the roommate request there will be a single occupancy surcharge assessed. Top
Cars, Parking, Final Day
Driving directions and arrival time to the
trips origination point will be provided in your confirmation packet.
Parking arrangements will be confirmed with
the our final nights host inn or a local
parking garage. On the final day of the tour we will return to the inn between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Top
Helmets
Wearing a helmet is required on all tours. You may use one of our helmets at no charge. Top
Your Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for choosing a tour that is suitable for their level of experience, fitness and state of health. Advising Black Bear Adventures of any and all medical and dietary problems or restrictions. Providing Black Bear Adventures with a signed Release from Liability and Assumption of All Risks form before trip departure. Guests are responsible for showing up at the designated starting point with appropriate gear and clothing. Respecting the rights and privacy of other guests and may be asked to leave the tour if , in the opinion of the trip leader the continued participation may prove detrimental to the individual or to the well-being and enjoyment of the other guests. Repeat Customer Discount
Previous guests that are returning for another Black Bear Adventures Bicycle Tour will receive a discount of 5%
on any scheduled bicycle tour. Top
